English translation

1428. Muḥammad (bin Sirīn) narrated from some of his companions, that Ubayy bin Ka'b led them in prayer — meaning in the month of Ramaḍān — and he would pray with the Qunūt in the latter half of Ramaḍān. (Ḍa'if)

Arabic text

1428 - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ، أَنَّ أُبَيَّ بْنَ كَعْبٍ، «أَمَّهُمْ - يَعْنِي - فِي رَمَضَانَ، وَكَانَ يَقْنُتُ فِي النِّصْفِ الْآخِرِ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ»
