Text and translation

English translation

1461. Abū Sa'eed Al-Khudrī narrated that a person heard another person recite: Qul Huw Allāhu Ahad[1] many times, repeating it. So the next morning, he went to the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ, and mentioned this fact to him — it seemed that he presumed this act to be very insignificant. But the Prophet ﷺ responded: "I swear by Him in whose Hands is my soul, it is equivalent to a third of the Qur'an." (Sahih)
