1596. 'Abdullāh bin 'Umar reported that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "Ten percent is due upon (the produce) of (fields) which are watered by rain, or rivers, or springs, or Ba'ls.[1] And half of that is due upon (the produce of) those (fields) which are watered by camels or other animals." (Ṣaḥīḥ)
1596 - حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْهَيْثَمِ الْأَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «فِيمَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ وَالْأَنْهَارُ وَالْعُيُونُ، أَوْ كَانَ بَعْلًا الْعُشْرُ، وَفِيمَا سُقِيَ بِالسَّوَانِي، أَوِ النَّضْحِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ»
