1945. Ibn 'Umar narrated that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ, during the Hajj that he performed, stood on the Day of Sacrifice between the Jamrahs, and said: "What day is this?" They replied: "This is the Day of Sacrifice." He replied: "This is the Day of the Great Hajj." (Saḥih)
1945 - حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْغَازِ، حَدَّثَنَا نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَقَفَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ بَيْنَ الْجَمَرَاتِ فِي الْحَجَّةِ الَّتِي حَجَّ، فَقَالَ: «أَيُّ يَوْمٍ هَذَا؟» قَالُوا: يَوْمُ النَّحْرِ، قَالَ: «هَذَا يَوْمُ الْحَجِّ الْأَكْبَرِ»
