English translation
2246. It was reported from Muḥammad bin Ishāq, that ‘Abbās bin Sahl bin Sa’d narrated to him, from his father, that the Prophet ﷺ said to ‘Āsim bin ‘Adī: “Keep the woman with you until she gives birth.” (Hasan)

2246 - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبَّاسُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِعَاصِمِ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ: «أَمْسِكِ الْمَرْأَةَ عِنْدَكَ حَتَّى تَلِدَ»،

Commentary
It came to be known later that the woman was pregnant. Hence, the inference is that the Li‘ān is also possible in the case of pregnant women.
