English translation

2288. It was reported from Ash-Sha’bī, from Fātimah bint Qais, that her husband divorced her for the third time, so the Prophet ﷺ did not assign her any maintenance or residence. (Sahih)

Arabic text

2288 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ، «أَنَّ زَوْجَهَا طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا، فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَفَقَةً وَلَا سُكْنَى»
