English translation

2532. It was reported from Anas bin Mālik, that he said: "The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: 'Three things are from the basis of Faith: To refrain from (killing) a person who utters: None has the right to be worshiped but Allāh, and not to declare a person a disbeliever for committing a sin, and not to expel him from Islam by an action. And, Jihād abides, since the day Allāh dispatched me (as a Prophet) until the last of my nation fight Ad-Dajjāl. Jihād will not be invalidated by the tyranny of a tyrant nor the justice of one who is just. And, to have Faith in the Divine Decree." (Da'if)

2532 - حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ بُرْقَانَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي نُشْبَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " ثَلَاثٌ مِنْ أَصْلِ الْإِيمَانِ: الْكَفُّ عَمَّنْ، قَالَ: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَلَا نُكَفِّرُهُ بِذَنْبٍ، وَلَا نُخْرِجُهُ مِنَ الْإِسْلَامِ بِعَمَلٍ، وَالْجِهَادُ مَاضٍ مُنْذُ بَعَثَنِي اللَّهُ إِلَى أَنْ يُقَاتِلَ آخِرُ أُمَّتِي الدَّجَّالَ لَا يُبْطِلُهُ جَوْرُ جَائِرٍ، وَلَا عَدْلُ عَادِلٍ، وَالْإِيمَانُ بِالْأَقْدَارِ "
