English translation
2701. It was reported from Ibn 'Umar, that during the time of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ, an army acquired some food and honey in spoils; the Khumus was not taken from it. (Sahih)

2701 - حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، «أَنَّ جَيْشًا غَنِمُوا فِي زَمَانِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ طَعَامًا وَعَسَلًا فَلَمْ يُؤْخَذْ مِنْهُمُ الْخُمُسُ»
