English translation

2784. 'Aṭā' bin Yasār reported similar (as no. 2783) from the Prophet ﷺ, he said (in it): “A man is appointed among a group of people, and he takes (as wages) from the share of this one, and from the share of this one.” (Da'if)

Arabic text

2784 - دَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي نَمِرٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ، قَالَ: «الرَّجُلُ يَكُونُ عَلَى الْفِئَامِ مِنَ النَّاسِ فَيَأْخُذُ مِنْ حَظِّ هَذَا وَحَظِّ هَذَا»
