2941. It was reported from 'Urwah, that 'Aishah, may Allāh be pleased with her, told him about the pledge of allegiance taken by the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ from the woman. She said: 'The Prophet ﷺ never touched a woman with his hand, ever. But he would take the pledge of allegiance from them. If he took it from her and she gave it, he would say: 'You may go, for I have taken your pledge.'" (Sahih)
2941 - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، أَخْبَرَتْهُ عَنْ بَيْعَةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ النِّسَاءَ، قَالَتْ: مَا مَسَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَدَ امْرَأَةٍ قَطُّ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْخُذَ عَلَيْهَا فَإِذَا أَخَذَ عَلَيْهَا فَأَعْطَتْهُ، قَالَ: «اذْهَبِي فَقَدْ بَايَعْتُكِ»
