308. (There is another chain) from Muḥammad bin Sīrīn, from Umm ‘Aṭiyyah with similar (narration as no. 307). Abū Dāwūd said: Umm Al-Hudhail is Ḥafṣah bint Sīrīn, her son’s name was Hudhail, and her husband’s name was ‘Abdur-Raḥmān. (Saḥih)
308 - حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، أَخْبَرَنَا، أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ، بِمِثْلِهِ. قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ: أُمُّ الْهُذَيْلِ هِيَ حَفْصَةُ بِنْتُ سِيرِينَ كَانَ ابْنُهَا اسْمُهُ هُذَيْلٌ، وَاسْمُ زَوْجِهَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ
