Text and translation

English translation

3149. It was narrated from Al-Qāsim bin Muḥammad, from Āishah who said: "The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ was shrouded in a Hibarah (striped Yemeni) cloth, then it was removed." (Ṣaḥīḥ)

Arabic text

3149 - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: «أُدْرِجَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ثَوْبٍ حِبَرَةٍ ثُمَّ أُخِّرَ عَنْهُ»
