3350. (There is another chain) from ‘Ubādah bin Aṣ-Ṣāmit from the Prophet ﷺ, with this report, with some additions and subtractions, and he added: “With regard to other commodities, then sell as you wish, so long as it is hand to hand.” (Ṣaḥīḥ)
3350 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَشْعَثِ الصَّنْعَانِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِهَذَا الْخَبَرِ يَزِيدُ، وَيَنْقُصُ وَزَادَ قَالَ: فَإِذَا اخْتَلَفَتْ هَذِهِ الْأَصْنَافُ فَبِيعُوا، كَيْفَ شِئْتُمْ، إِذَا كَانَ يَدًا بِيَدٍ
