English translation
3378. It was narrated from Ma'mar, from Az-Zuhri, from 'Aṭā' bin Yazīd Al-Laithī, from Abū Sa'eed Al-Khudrī, may Allāh be pleased with him, from the Prophet ﷺ, with this Hadīth. He added: "Ishtimāl As-Šammā' means wrapping oneself in a single garment, placing the edges of the garment on the left shoulder and leaving the right side uncovered. Munābadhah is when one says: 'If I throw (Nabadhtu) this garment to you, the sale becomes binding.' Mulāmasah means that he touches it with his hand without unfolding it or turning it over; if he touches it the sale becomes binding."[1] (Ṣaḥīh)
