English translation

3436. It was narrated from 'Abdullāh bin 'Umar that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "Do not undersell one another, and do not intercept the products until they arrive in the marketplace." (Sahih)

Arabic text

3436 - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «لَا يَبِعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ، وَلَا تَلَقَّوُا السِّلَعَ حَتَّى يُهْبَطَ بِهَا الْأَسْوَاقَ»
