English translation

3441. It was narrated from Sālim Al-Makkī that a Bedouin told him that he brought a milch-camel of his at the time of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ, and stayed with Ṭalḥah bin 'Ubaidullāh. He said: "The Prophet ﷺ forbade a town-dweller to sell for a Bedouin, so go to the marketplace and see who wants to buy from you, then consult with me, and I will tell you whether to go ahead or not." (Ḍa'īf)
