Text and translation

English translation

3443. It was narrated from Al-A'rāj, from Abū Hurairah that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "Do not go out to intercept the caravans who have come to sell, and do not undersell one another, and do not tie up the udders of camels and sheep. Whoever buys an animal after that, he has the choice between two options after milking it. If he is pleased with it, he may keep it, and if he is not pleased with it, he may return it along with a Ṣā' of dates." (Saḥih)
