English translation
3465. It was narrated from Ibn Abī Al-Mujālid. He said: "People who did not possess them (a narration similar to no. 3464)." (Sahīh) Abū Dāwūd said: What is correct is Ibn Abī Al-Mujālid, and Shu'bah was mistaken in that.[1]

3465 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، وَابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي الْمُجَالِدِ، وَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ: عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي الْمُجَالِدِ، بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، قَالَ: عِنْدَ قَوْمٍ مَا هُوَ عِنْدَهُمْ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ: «الصَّوَابُ ابْنُ أَبِي الْمُجَالِدِ، وَشُعْبَةُ أَخْطَأَ فِيهِ»
