3495. It was narrated from Al-Qāsim bin Muḥammad that ʿAbdullāh bin ʿUmar narrated to him, that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ forbade anyone to sell food that he had bought by measurement until he had taken full possession of it. (Daʿif)
3495 - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو، عَنِ الْمُنْذِرِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ الْمَدِينِيِّ، أَنَّ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَهُ: «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ يَبِيعَ أَحَدٌ طَعَامًا اشْتَرَاهُ بِكَيْلٍ حَتَّى يَسْتَوْفِيَهُ»
