English translation

3506. It was narrated from Abān, from Qatādah, from Al-Ḥasan, from 'Uqbah bin 'Āmir, that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "The period within which one has the right to return a slave after purchase is three days." (Da'if)

Arabic text

3506 - حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «عُهْدَةُ الرَّقِيقِ ثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ»،
