English translation

3517. It was narrated from Qatādah, from Al-Ḥasan, from Samurah, from the Prophet ﷺ: "The neighbor of the house has more right to his neighbor's house or land." (Hasan)

Arabic text

3517 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِدَارِ الْجَارِ أَوِ الْأَرْضِ»
