3547. It was narrated from Husain, from 'Amr bin Shu'aib that his father informed him, from 'Abdullāh bin 'Amr that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "It is not permissible for a woman to give anything without her husband's permission." (Hasan)
3547 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ، أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا يَجُوزُ لِامْرَأَةٍ عَطِيَّةٌ، إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا»
