371. It was reported by Al-Hakam, from Ibrāhīm, from Hammām bin Al-Hārith, that he was at Āishah's (house), and had a wet-dream. A slave-girl of Āishah's saw him washing the traces of the seminal fluid off his garment, or (she saw him) washing the garment, so she informed Āishah. Āishah said: "I remember having scratched it off the garment of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ.” (Sahih) It was reported by Al-A'mash just as it was reported by Al-Hakam.
371 - حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ عِنْدَ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا فَاحْتَلَمَ، فَأَبْصَرَتْهُ جَارِيَةٌ لِعَائِشَةَ وَهُوَ يَغْسِلُ أَثَرَ الْجَنَابَةِ مِنْ ثَوْبِهِ، أَوْ يَغْسِلُ ثَوْبَهُ، فَ أَخْبَرَتْ عَائِشَةَ فَقَالَتْ: «لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنِي وَأَنَا أَفْرُكُهُ مِنْ ثَوْبِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ» قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ: رَوَاهُ الْأَعْمَشُ كَمَا رَوَاهُ الْحَكَمُ
