English translation

3829. It was narrated from Abū Ziyād Khiyār bin Salamah that he asked 'Aishah about onion and she said: "The last food that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ ate was food in which there was onion."(Da'if)

Arabic text

3829 - حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ح وحَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، عَنْ بَحِيرٍ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي زِيَادٍ خِيَارِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ الْبَصَلِ، فَقَالَتْ: «إِنَّ آخِرَ طَعَامٍ أَكَلَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ طَعَامٌ فِيهِ بَصَلٌ»
