English translation

3831. It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "The Prophet ﷺ said: 'A house in which there are no dates is one whose people will go hungry.'"(Sahih)

3831 - حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ، حَدَّثَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، قَالَتْ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «بَيْتٌ لَا تَمْرَ فِيهِ، جِيَاعٌ أَهْلُهُ»
