4073. It was narrated from Hilāl bin 'Āmir that his father said: "I saw the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ in Minā, delivering a Khutbah upon a mule, and he was wearing a red Burd, and 'Alī was in front of him, conveying his words (to the people)." (Sāhīh)
4073 - حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: «رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِنًى يَخْطُبُ عَلَى بَغْلَةٍ، وَعَلَيْهِ بُرْدٌ أَحْمَرُ، وَعَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَمَامَهُ يُعَبِّرُ عَنْهُ»
