4102. It was narrated from Ibn Shihāb, from ‘Urwah bin Az-Zubair that ‘Aishah said: “May Allāh have mercy on the early Muhājir women. When Allāh revealed “And to draw their Khimārs all over Juyūbihinna”,[2] they tore their wraps” – Ibn Šalih (one of the narrators) said: – “coarse wraps, and covered themselves with them.” (Šahīh)
4102 - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمَهْرِيُّ، وَابْنُ السَّرْحِ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ، قَالُوا: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي قُرَّةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَعَافِرِيُّ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: " يَرْحَمُ اللَّهُ نِسَاءَ الْمُهَاجِرَاتِ الْأُوَلَ، لَمَّا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ: {وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَى جُيُوبِهِنَّ} [النور: 31]، شَقَقْنَ أَكْنَفَ - قَالَ ابْنُ صَالِحٍ: أَكْثَفَ - مُرُوطِهِنَّ، فَاخْتَمَرْنَ بِهَا "
