4182. It was narrated from Anas bin Mālik that a man entered upon the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ, and there were traces of yellow on him. The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ rarely spoke directly to a man about a thing that he disliked. When he left, he said: "Why didn't you tell him to wash it off?" (Da'if)
4182 - حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلْمٌ الْعَلَوِيُّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا دَخَلَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَعَلَيْهِ أَثَرُ صُفْرَةٍ، وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَلَّمَا يُوَاجِهُ رَجُلًا فِي وَجْهِهِ بِشَيْءٍ يَكْرَهُهُ، فَلَمَّا خَرَجَ قَالَ: «لَوْ أَمَرْتُمْ هَذَا أَنْ يَغْسِلَ هَذَا عَنْهُ»
