English translation
4275. It was narrated from Al-Mughīrah bin An-Nu'mān, from Sa'eed bin Jubair, from Ibn 'Abbās, who said: "And whoever kills a believer intentionally..."[2] He said: "This was not abrogated by anything." (Ṣāḥih)

4275 - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: {وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا} [النساء: 93]، قَالَ: «مَا نَسَخَهَا شَيْءٌ»
