4393. A similar report (as no. 4392) was narrated from 'Eisā bin Yūnus from Ibn Juraij, from Abū Az-Zubair, from Jābir, from the Prophet ﷺ. He added: "And there is no cutting off of the hand for one who snatches something."'" (Sahih)
Abū Dāwūd said: Ibn Jurāij did not hear these two Hadīth from Abū Az-Zubair. I heard from Aḥmad bin Ḥanbal that he said: "Rather Ibn Jurāij heard them from Yā Sīn Az-Zayyāt."
Abū Dāwūd said: Al-Mughīrah bin Muslim narrated them from Abū Az-Zubair, from Jābir, from the Prophet ﷺ.
