English translation

4421. It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbās that Mā'iz bin Mālik came to the Prophet ﷺ and said that he had committed Zinā, and he turned away from him, but he repeated it many times and the Prophet ﷺ kept turning away from him. He asked his people: "Is he insane?" They said: "There is nothing wrong with him." He said: "Did you do it with her?" He said: “Yes.” So he ordered that he be stoned. He was taken out and stoned, and he did not offer the funeral prayer for him. (Hasan)
