Text and translation

English translation

4528. It was narrated from Ma'mar, from Ayyūb, from Abū Qilābah, from Anas, that a Jew killed an Anṣārī girl for some jewelry of hers, then he threw her into a well, and crushed her head with a rock. He was caught, and brought to the Prophet ﷺ, and he ordered that he be stoned to death, so he was stoned to death. (Sahih)Abū Dāwūd said: Ibn Jurāij reported a similar narration from Ayyūb.

4528 - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ يَهُودِيًّا قَتَلَ جَارِيَةً مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ عَلَى حُلِيٍّ لَهَا، ثُمَّ أَلْقَاهَا فِي قَلِيبٍ، وَرَضَخَ رَأْسَهَا بِالْحِجَارَةِ، فَأُخِذَ، فَأُتِيَ بِهِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، «فَأَمَرَ بِهِ أَنْ يُرْجَمَ حَتَّى يَمُوتَ»، فَرُجِمَ حَتَّى مَاتَ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ: رَوَاهُ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ نَحْوَهُ
