English translation

4541. It was narrated from Sulaiman bin Masi, from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah ruled that if a person was killed accidentally, his Diyah was one hundred camels: Thirty Bint Makhaç1 11 , thirty Bint Labün, thirty Ijiqqahs and ten male Bani Labün. 4541 - حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي الزَّرْقَاءِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " قَضَى أَنَّ مَنْ قُتِلَ خَطَأً فَدِيَتُهُ مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ: ثَلَاثُونَ بِنْتَ مَخَاضٍ، وَثَلَاثُونَ بِنْتَ لَبُونٍ، وَثَلَاثُونَ حِقَّةً، وَعَشَرَةُ بَنِي لَبُونٍ ذَكَرٍ "
