English translation

4626. It was narrated that 'Uthmān Al-Battī said: "Al-Ḥasan never interpreted any Verse (that referred to Al-Qadar) without affirming (the Divine Decree)." (Hasan)

Arabic text

4626 - حَدَّثَنَا هِلَالُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ الْبَتِّيِّ، قَالَ: «مَا فَسَّرَ الْحَسَنُ آيَةً قَطُّ إِلَّا عَنِ الْإِثْبَاتِ»
