English translation

4907. It was narrated from Abū Hāzim and Zaid bin Aslam that Umm Ad-Dardā' said: I heard Abū Ad-Dardā' say: I heard the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ say: "Those who curse (others) will not be intercessors nor witnesses." (Saḥih)

Arabic text

4907 - حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي الزَّرْقَاءِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، وَزَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، أَنَّ أُمَّ الدَّرْدَاءِ، قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الدَّرْدَاءِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «لَا يَكُونُ اللَّعَّانُونَ شُفَعَاءَ، وَلَا شُهَدَاءَ»
