Text and translation

English translation

4911. It was narrated from Abū Ayyūb Al-Anṣārī that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “It is not permissible for a Muslim to abandon his brother for more than three days, each of them turning his face away when they meet. The better of them is the first one to greet the other with Salām.” (Sahih)
