English translation

5094. It was narrated that Umm Salamah said: "The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ never went out of my house, but he would look up at the sky, and say: 'Allāhumma innī a'ūdhu bika an aḍillu aw uḍalla, aw azilla aw uzilla, aw azlima aw uzlama, aw ajhala aw yujhala 'alayya (O Allāh, I seek refuge with You from going astray, or being led astray, from slipping, or being caused to slip, from wronging others or being wronged, and from behaving or being treated in an ignorant manner).'" (Da'if)
