English translation

5216. This Hadith (similar to no. 5215) was narrated (with another chain) from Shu'bah. He said: "When he came near the Masjid, he said to the Anṣār: 'Stand up (and go) to your leader.'" (Saḥīḥ)

Arabic text

5216 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، قَالَ: فَلَمَّا كَانَ قَرِيبًا مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ قَالَ لِلْأَنْصَارِ «قُومُوا إِلَى سَيِّدِكُمْ»
