English translation

5223. 'Abdullāh bin 'Umar narrated the story,[1] and said: "We drew close," meaning, to the Prophet ﷺ - "and kissed his hand." (Da'if)

Arabic text

5223 - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي لَيْلَى، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَهُ وَذَكَرَ، قِصَّةً قَالَ: «فَدَنَوْنَا يَعْنِي مِنَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَبَّلْنَا يَدَهُ»
