5242. 'Abdullāh bin Buraidah said: I heard my father Buraidah say: I heard the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ say: "In a person there are three hundred and sixty joints, and he must give charity on behalf of each joint." They said: "Who can do that, O Prophet of Allāh?" He said: "By burying sputum found in the Masjid, or by removing things from the road, and if you cannot do that then two Rak'ah of Duha prayer will suffice instead." (Hasan)
5242 - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي بُرَيْدَةَ ، يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ: «فِي الْإِنْسَانِ ثَلَاثُ مِائَةٍ وَسِتُّونَ، مَفْصِلًا فَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ عَنْ كُلِّ مَفْصِلٍ مِنْهُ بِصَدَقَةٍ» قَالُوا: وَمَنْ يُطِيقُ ذَلِكَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ: «النُّخَاعَةُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ تَدْفِنُهَا، وَالشَّيْءُ تُنَحِّيهِ عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَجِدْ فَرَكْعَتَا الضُّحَى تُجْزِئُكَ»
