English translation
628. ‘Umar bin Abi Salamah said: “I saw the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ pray in one garment while he had wrapped it around him — (he had) crossed each end of it over his two shoulders.” (Sahih)

628 - حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ بْنِ سَهْلٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلّى الله عليه وسلم «يُصَلِّي فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ مُلْتَحِفًا مُخَالِفًا بَيْنَ طَرَفَيْهِ عَلَى مَنْكِبَيْهِ»
