English translation
1038. Thawban narrated from the Prophet ﷺ that he said: "For every mistake (or forgetfulness in prayers) there are two prostrations after one says the Taslīm." (Hasan)

1038 - حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، وَالرَّبِيعُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَشُجَاعُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، بِمَعْنَى الْإِسْنَادِ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عَيَّاشٍ، حَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ الْكَلَاعِيِّ، عَنْ زُهَيْرٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَالِمٍ الْعَنْسِيَّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ، قَالَ عَمْرٌو: وَحْدَهُ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لِكُلِّ سَهْوٍ سَجْدَتَانِ بَعْدَ مَا يُسَلِّمُ»، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، غَيْرُ عَمْرٍو
