English translation

1241. (Another chain) from 'Urwah bin Az-Zubair, from Abū Hurairah, who said: "We once went (on an expedition) with the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ to Najd. When we reached Dhat Ar-Riqā', at Nakhl, we met a group from the tribe of Ghaṭafān..." and he narrated a similar narration in meaning (as in no. 1240), except that in this one, after he said: '...so when he led those that were with him in Rukū' and prostrated...' he added, '...when they stood up, they retreated backwards, until they reached the place of their companions.' And in this version he did not mention the fact that their backs were facing the Qiblah. (Hasan)
