English translation

1835. It was reported from ‘Aṭā’ and Ṭāwūs, from Ibn ‘Abbās, that the Prophet ﷺ had himself cupped while he was in the state of Iḥrām. (Ṣaḥīḥ)

Arabic text

1835 - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، وَطَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «احْتَجَمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ»
