English translation

1980. It was reported from Mūsā bin 'Uqbah, from Nāfi', from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ shaved his hair during the Farewell Pilgrimage. (Ṣāḥih)

Arabic text

1980 - حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ يَعْنِي الْإِسْكَنْدَرَانِيَّ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «حَلَقَ رَأْسَهُ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ»
