2127 - حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُبَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَيْوَةَ، عَنْ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ غَيْلَانَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، مِثْلَهُ

Commentary

It is clear from these Ahādīth that it is recommended to give some gift to a bride on her first night of marriage. This promotes love between the couple.
