2500. Faḍālah bin 'Ubaid reported that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "The deeds of every deceased person are sealed upon his death, except the one guarding the frontier, for his deeds will keep on [1] Meaning, guarding the frontier or post. increasing until the Day of Judgment, and he will be safe from the trial in the grave.” (Sahih)
2500 - حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هَانِئٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ فَضَالَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «كُلُّ الْمَيِّتِ يُخْتَمُ عَلَى عَمَلِهِ إِلَّا الْمُرَابِطَ، فَإِنَّهُ يَنْمُو لَهُ عَمَلُهُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَيُؤَمَّنُ مِنْ فَتَّانِ الْقَبْرِ»
