2755. It was reported from 'Amr bin 'Abasah who said: "The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ led us in a prayer facing towards a camel belonging to the spoils. After he said the Taslim, he took hold of some of the hair on the side of the camel and said: "The likes of this, from your spoils, is not lawful for me, except for the Khumus, and the Khumus is returned back to you."[1] (Ṣaḥīḥ)
2755 - حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا سَلَّامٍ الْأَسْوَدَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ عَبَسَةَ، قَالَ: صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى بَعِيرٍ مِنَ المَغْنَمِ، فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ أَخَذَ وَبَرَةً مِنْ جَنْبِ الْبَعِيرِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: «وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِي مِنْ غَنَائِمِكُمْ مِثْلُ هَذَا إِلَّا الْخُمُسُ، وَالْخُمُسُ مَرْدُودٌ فِيكُمْ»
