3036. It was narrated that Hammām bin Munabbih said: "This is what Abū Hurairah narrated to us from the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ." "And the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: 'If you come to a town (and take it peacefully) and stay there, then you have your share in it, but any town that disobeys Allāh and His Messenger (and is seized by force), its Khumus is for Allāh and His Messenger, then the rest is for you.” (Ṣaḥīḥ)
3036 - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، قَالَ: هَذَا مَا حَدَّثَنَا بِهِ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَيُّمَا قَرْيَةٍ أَتَيْتُمُوهَا، وَأَقَمْتُمْ فِيهَا، فَسَهْمُكُمْ فِيهَا، وَأَيُّمَا قَرْيَةٍ عَصَتِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ، فَإِنَّ خُمُسَهَا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ، ثُمَّ هِيَ لَكُمْ»
