324. (There is another chain) from Ibn 'Abdur-Rahman bin Abza, from his father, from 'Ammãr, with this story (as no. 322). He said: "It is sufficient for you..." and then the Prophet hit his hand on the ground, blew on it, and wiped his face and hands. Salamah (one of the narrators) was in doubt, did he say. ...up to the elbows, or, ...up to the hands." (Sahih)
324 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ جَعْفَرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ ذَرٍّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبْزَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَمَّارٍ بِهَذِهِ الْقِصَّةِ، فَقَالَ: «إِنَّمَا كَانَ يَكْفِيكَ وَضَرَبَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدِهِ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ، ثُمَّ نَفَخَ فِيهَا، وَمَسَحَ بِهَا وَجْهَهُ وَكَفَّيْهِ» شَكَّ سَلَمَةُ وَقَالَ: «لَا أَدْرِي فِيهِ إِلَى الْمِرْفَقَيْنِ، يَعْنِي أَوْ إِلَى الْكَفَّيْنِ»
